Merry Christmas!

Hope you are all enjoying the holidays! It's Christmas Eve and we are all ready for Santa's arrival! Thanks to a link to Norad's Santa tracking site posted by the Preppy Princess, we have been tracking Santa's travels. In fact we just checked and he is somewhere over Peru right now.

Miss E has selected four Christmas cookies for Santa and has milk ready for him in a sippy cup minus the top. I guess she figured that since Santa is an adult, he doesn't have to worry about spillage, LOL. Unfortunately, we didn't have any carrots on hand for the reindeer, so she chose some oatmeal cereal for them and sprinkled it out on the front lawn for them to nibble while Santa was inside. She also got a bowl from her Little Tikes kitchen and filled it with water for them. It's outside on the front walk ready and waiting for thirsty reindeer...

I made Cookies for Santa with my three yr old niece. SHe wanted to make large cookies so that Santa would know that she has been very good. One other requirement for the cookies is that they have raspberry in them because she said her daddy stated that Santa loved raspberry cookies the best.

LOL, when I was young, I used to leave out cheese and pepperoni slices for Santa instead of cookies, because me Dad told me that Santa would be too full of cookies.
